Gregory Flood
Chairman
Gregory Flood is the Chief Executive Officer of the Retirement Villages Group after recently working as a consultant to both the Retirements Division of FKP Ltd and RVG.
Gregory has extensive experience in the property and retirement industries having held senior executive positions including COO of ASX listed retirement and Aged Care Company Primelife Ltd, COO of the Springfield Land Corporation and General Manager of the Gandel Group.
Gregory has also been a Director of the National Board of Australian Retirement Villages Association and Chairman of the Retirement Village Association Accreditation Committee. He is currently a Director of the Melba Foundation, an international record label.
Prior to his work in the property industry Mr Flood was a partner in a major national law firm and enjoyed a successful international career as a professional musician.
Peter Ross Brown LLB (Hons), B.Com
Director
Peter Brown is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FKP Property Group. He joined the FKP Board as Managing Director in February 2003. He has in excess of 20 years experience in property, having held senior executive positions in national ASX listed companies.
Michael Tucker
Alternate Director for Peter Brown
Michael Tucker joined FKP Property Group in October 2004 and brings more than 30 years experience in the development and construction industry.
Michael’s experience encompasses all areas of development and construction such as commercial and retail, retirement villages, tourism and hospitality with a strong background in residential apartment building. He has held senior management positions in a number of companies including Australand Holdings and Baulderstone Hornibrook.
Michael has a trade background with a degree in construction management from the United Kingdom.
David Hunt
Director
David Hunt was appointed Chief Financial Officer of FKP Property Group in April 2010, having previously been the Chief Financial Officer of ING Real Estate Investment Management. David has almost 20 years of experience, which includes earlier roles as Group General Manager Finance at Stockland Group Financial Controller and Finance Manager at Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited and Group Finance Manager at Legal & General Australia Limited. David is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments.
David chairs Metlifecare's Audit Committee.
Guy Eady
Director
Guy is a Division Director of Macquarie Group (NZ) Limited with 20 years' experience in the aged care industry. He has been involved in a number of acquisition transactions in the aged care and retirement sector and has managed retirement assets on behalf of unlisted investors in New Zealand since 2005.
