Residents have the choice of living in either one of 150 independent residential units, or one of 71 luxury Links apartments, or one of 48 serviced apartments – which offer freedom of household duties including food preparation, with delicious lunches and dinners served by the chef in the village’s own restaurant. All units and apartments provide residents with private, comfortable living and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that 24-hour emergency help is available at the touch of a button using the emergency call system installed in all units. The village has a range of price options and is home to over 270 people.
